I’ve lived in and around Southend my whole life. I know the area not just from maps and market reports, but from lived experience - the parks where my kids played, the shops I’ve supported, the streets I’ve walked a hundred times.

Why it matters

Property isn’t just about bricks and mortar. It’s about people. It’s about helping someone take their next step - whether that’s moving into their first flat, investing in a buy-to-let, or saying goodbye to a home they’ve loved for years.


This is more than a business to me. It’s about doing things properly and looking after people the way I’d want my own family to be treated.

This also means I’m selective with the clients I take on. I’d rather work with fewer people and give them my full attention, than rush through deals that don’t feel right.
